FURRYe38 : My ISP is SFR, have thier box SFR BOX 8. I tried to find the mfr but unfortunately i dont have any details. I can only find the specifications from their site.

Netduma-Fraser : The issue with their box is there is no router function is available but they have DHCP services. Tahts why i bought the Nighthawk XR1000 gaming router to enhance my gaming experience.
As you said, i have a good internet connection but unstablitly is maybe i have some wrong settings.
I can screenshot all the settings on my SFR and Nighthawk if needed.
It's just to test whether you have the same issues direct to the modem which would then indicate another issue - I appreciate it may be hard to do so as that is the only device that would work.
You can do but like I said without any instability stats e.g. ping, jitter, spikes etc it's very hard to diagnose anything even with pictures of settings.
