Xr1000 No Ethernet Cable connected
I have a spectrum Internet, and they recently told me that I needed new equipment and gave me a hitron EN2251 modem same one I had and after installing the new modem, I cannot connect to my router. I have cloned the MAC address done a factory reset and tried three different cat8 cables and nothing has worked. Does anyone have any ideas?

Power OFF the ISP Modem for 15 seconds then back ON while leaving the XR router ON. Don't clone the MAC address unless the ISP requires that.
CAT6 UTP is recommended.
Good advice above, if that doesn't work do the same process but reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, reboot the XR, wait 4 minutes then check

A new modem should not affect the ability of local devices to connect to the router.
