It's definitely that port, without resolving it no devices will get above 100Mbps, swap the cable around with the other cable in the LAN port and see if it switches

As a test, could you please put your XR1000 into AP mode from the Settings and let us know if you're still getting slow throughput from it?
Please be aware that in order for this to work, you'll need to have a router between your modem and the XR. If your modem is a router/modem combo, this will also work fine.

Put it into Wireless AP mode and still have the same results 88 down / 92 up
- Netduma-FraserFeb 03, 2022NetDuma PartnerOkay so in AP mode basically all the features of the router are disabled so it doesn't look like its the cause, do you have any higher category ethernet cables you can try with?

I bought a new CAT 6 cable connecting modem to the router and then a CAT 7 from the router to the computer

I have also tried to allow IP passthrough from my BGW320-505 Modem to my XR1000 to see if that was slowing my speeds but that didn't seem to work either. Maybe a faulty router?

If in AP mode you're still getting the same reduced speeds, it isn't an issue that's caused by DumaOS and may therefore be a hardware problem. I'd suggest reaching out to NETGEAR at support.netgear.com and explain the situation to them.
