XR1000 password reset questions
I got a message trying to get into Dumos to recover my password put in the serial number. I put in the serial number, it ask for secret questions answers. I've tried all sorts of answers to those qu...
Problem with the password recovery option is that if you didn't set it up, it still asks the questions but there isn't a correct answer.
So if you're password isn't working, and the password recovery isn't working, then you'd need to factory reset to get back in
