XR1000 Ping Heatmap, Congestion Control and Connection Benchmark Not Working
Hello, I just got the nighthawk pro gaming XR1000 router about a month ago, haven't had any issues with any of the software but all of a sudden today the ping heatmap and the connection benchmark...
How did you factory reset the XR? Did you hold the reset pin on the back for thirty seconds, or did you do it through the NETGEAR settings page?
Since doing this, can you please clear your browser's cache and check if Connection Benchmark can then run a test?
If Congestion Control, I'd suggest setting your sliders to 70% each, select 'Auto-enable' and see how that feels to begin with.
