XR1000 Reset itself and I cannot access DumaOS as the page is blank

Question

Little bit annoying, my router has reset its settings somehow. Noticed before bed that the wi-fi I was connected to was open with no password, name was reset to NETGEAR5G. When I factory reset, it only split into NETGEAR and NETGEAR5G but maybe I am doing it wrong. I held down the power button for 60 seconds while the router was still on. When I try to add it to the Nighthawk app, it asks me to connect to a different router name and simply doesn't work. But what I don't get is why the DumaOS page isn't working at all, I've had issues with the router before but was able to fix them through those settings. The DumaOS page tab name has also changed to NETGEAR Genie, did some update just bork my router?

Any assistance and/or advice would be very welcome.

Factory reset the router by pressing the reset button for only 15 seconds then release. Then setup from scratch using a ethernet connected PC and a web browser:&nbsp;https://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface
