So I've turned off the wireless by pressing the wireless on/off option on the router itself. However, when logged into the router settings itself both wireless radios are still broadcasting. ...
After you press the wifi ON OFF button for 5 seconds then release, Do you see the routers SSID still on any wifi mobile device or no? If NO then the radios are OFF.
