xr1000v2 fails to update

Current: Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR1000v2 Wifi 6 Gaming Router, 1.1.0.16_2.1.25

XR1000v2 continually fails to update to new 1.1.0.22 FW release. It does not offer it as an avilable upgrade and when I attempt to mainly update the FW from the product site (https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/XR1000/XR1000v2-V1.1.0.22.zip) the upload starts but device never properly updates and remains on 1.1.0.16 FW. This has been attmepted from multiple computers (both wired and wireless). Ive also done a reset form the DumaOS and a hard reset using the button on the back of the router. 

Anyone else have this issue and resolve it?
