XR1000v2 Random ping spikes at modem AND router, while wired?

I don't know if it will help identify the problem but I've attached a screenshot of the modem log. Not sure what I can tell them to point towards the problem if this is something they should already be seeing. Or at least a way to tell if it IS the coax cable in the walls but again that doesn't make sense if it works fine much later at night.
It's definitely worth sending that to them and seeing what they say, if they're unable to resolve then I would highly suggest changing IPs
