Are you referring to making reserved IP addresses for devices, those IPs aren't applying to the devices you've set? If a device has been connected via both ethernet and WiFi at some point they will have a different MAC address for each connection so you'd have to set an IP address for each. The names in the Settings for devices won't coincide with the names on the Device Manager, that is a known issue.
