Are both wired and wireless devices losing connection?
Are you able to access the XR300s interface when these drops occur?
Does the connection come back up on it's own? If not, what do you do to reconnect?

the connect comes back on its own after 1 min or so

OK great, do you know the model of the ISP modem/router?
We have seen similar issues to this in the past, unfortunately the solution seems to vary case-to-case so we still need to go through these troubleshooting steps to see how it can be resolved.
