Set your radius to just the UK and put ping assist to 30 ms. That should help you get the lowest ping servers even if they're mislocated on the map.

That’s been one of the things I have tried with no success.
I've read another similar post where the solution was the change the MAC address to the old router. The issue I have here is that I did not have an old router as I was using the built in router with the Virgin Super hub 3.
If I change to that MAC (the one on the bottom label) it can’t connect to the net.

Hi, thanks for picking this up.
It doesn't not show any ping information on auto ping or on manual. Please see the auto ping screen grab. The manual ping box just shows a loading icon and never moves from there. What's interesting is a short while ago while I was testing it did go back to searching for sub 24ms and 42ms connections the without me changing anything it just reverted back just only allowing sub 58 ms.
When I change my super hub modem/router back it always looks at 24ms.
Any ideas why it's doing this?

What I would recommend is switching it back to router mode, putting the XR WAN IP (found in System Information on the XR) into the DMZ on the Virgin Hub. Also disable the WiFi on the Virgin Hub. The IP you put in the DMZ, set a static/reserved IP for the XR on the hub so it doesn't change. Then reboot the XR and see if it has improved after that.
