XR300 cannot replace ISP modem / router

Hi there, I have an XR300, Factory Reset, updated firmware. I am in New Zealand and trying to user the XR300 to replace the router provided by ISP. I followed the steps from ISP, as per this page. ...

Hi,
I have got the ONT. The XR300 was connected to the same port on the ONT as the ISP router was connected.

So have you set the VLAN Settings as well otherwise you won't get a connection without them.

    Hi, 

    Yes. I did set the VLAN. In my original post, I have mentioned a link from the recommended settings from ISP. I did conifigure all the settings mentioned in that, which inlcudes VLAN

      With VLAN did you edit the existing internet rule or make a new one? If you made a new one edit the existing one and see if that helps.

        The default VLAN stays. We cannot delete the default VLAN named internet. This default VLAN is actually configured correctly, that is what the ISP wants me to set up to. VLAN id 10, priority 0
