XR300 cant get past bandwidth setup

Using the router in AP mode means that DumaOS features including the Geo-Filter are disabled. This is likely why you're having trouble setting up as well as the router doesn't need to know your bandwidth speeds in AP mode. Set it up as a router and it should work.

No, it wouldn't work as a bridge as it would have to be bridged to something. You can have it set as the normal router mode, put the XR300 WAN IP in the DMZ of the Nighthawk and that will prevent a double NAT for the device you use with the Geo-Filter. Can also turn of the XR WiFi if you prefer.

    I assume it will keep resuming the wizard at the point you're at so hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, release, then wait 2 minutes and then access it and don't choose AP mode
