Thanks for all the information, it's very helpful! Is it any particular games you notice it happen in or is it any game? Could you provide the log from the System Information page when the issue happens and tell us the time it happened? Hopefully there will be an entry in there that we can attribute to the issue
1) I only play two games. One is warzone on PC and the other is FIFA on my PS5. This issue is consistent on both devices and both games.
2) Here is the recent logs. I started playing at 1306 and got disconnected at 1504

Could you please go to the XR Settings -> Setup -> LAN Setup and change the DHCP starting IP address to 192.168.1.100.
Then, add IP address reservations for both your PC and your PS5. Make sure you reserve them IP addresses that are outside of the DHCP range (192.168.1.2-99).
Save those settings and maybe reboot the PC and PS5 to make sure they're getting their new IP, then let us know if you're still having the issue.
Thank you for your help, I am going to apply these changes. Just one question (sorry for my confusion), when you say "outside" the range, the range is currently 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.254, so I should go below 100 or above 254 correct? I'm pretty sure that's what you meant, but I am trying to clarify to make sure I don't screw it up on my end and report back with negative results. Thank you again for all your help.
- You can't go above 254 so yes below 100 would make it outside the range, let us know how you get on!
