XR300 HELP

Can anyone help with this message that pops up its been doing it for a while now saying im not connected to the router even though i clearly am connected right now using netgear wifi 5g

  • Disconnect from the XR, wait a few minutes, then reconnect and see if you can get to the interface.

     

    If not, clear your browsers cache and try again.
