In addition to the above questions from FURRYe38, could you please let us know if you're using QoS?
If so, could you please detail how you've got it configured and whether your speeds improve when you completely disable QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control (Anti-Bufferbloat).

Fully disabling QoS did not improve the speed.
Now I've factory-initialized the router again and it's back in speed for a while.
You want to keep the current settings to see if the problem occurs again.
