XR300 Not connecting internet through phones
I just installed my XR300 and got it up and running and working with my laptop, But When I try to connect any smart phones thorugh it All I get is connected without internet. Need Help figuring out...
- Must be the XR is better at handling the devices in router mode, glad it's working!
It is on both an Note 20 Ultra and a galaxy s9 and it is both 2.4g and 5g frequency.
It just kicked my laptop off and would not connect to the internet untill I reset the router and it was fine again.
What modem/gateway do you have it connected to?
- The router it is connected to is an Att 5268ac (fxn)
did you put the ATT device in pass through/ modem only mode?
Otherwise you're in a double nat.

You can also put the XR300 in ap (access point) mode but then you'd loose out on the benefits of the XR300 purpose.
- The att router is currently set up as a nat with the xr300 in access point mode. Since I just set it up today. I want to put it in pass through but if I can keep my devices connected with internet I don't want to shut off my working wifi router.
