XR300 on Sky
Hi all,
Just starting to read through posts to help me set this router up on my Sky provided service.
One question should i purchase a standalone modem such as the Vigor130 or a recommended modem, or will the Sky equipment be sufficient.
Have a few consoles Gaming pc amongst tablets and phones that use the connections, 1 Gaming pc and 1 xbox Hardwired everything else wireless.
minimal knowledge on networking so starting by reading up to further my knowledge. Any help going forward greatly appreciated.

- I don't think it will be necessary to get a modem, they will both be doing essentially the same job of forwarding the traffic straight through to the XR. Just make sure you put the XR WAN IP (found in System Information) in the Sky hub DMZ and also disable the Sky hub WiFi.
