XR300 QoS settings for only 24mbps Down / 1.7mbps Up

Glad to hear you're enjoying it! 70% is a great starting point so I would suggest you try that, see how you get on. If it's not preventing lag/buffering much then I'd recommend using this guide while download a lot and changing the Anti-Bufferbloat percentages until you find one that keeps the ping as low/stable as possible when downloading. http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
I'd suggest keeping Bandwidth Allocation at default for now - devices will get the bandwidth they need and give what they don't to devices that need more. We can revisit this if needed. I'd suggest keeping IPv6 disabled for now.
