XR450 Ethernet suddenly stopped working

My XR450's Ethernet ports seems to have suddenly stopped working. I've been using it since Sept 2018 without issues. When it first happened, I think the 2.4 wifi also stopped (the 5.0 still worked). After a factory reset, everything worked for about a hour and then stopped again. After another factory reset, the 2.4 started working again but anything connected with Ethernet cables did not. The 5.0 has continued to work the entire time.

    Okay I'd suggest unplugging the router entirely from power for 10 minutes, letting the residual power drain. Then do you have any spare ethernet cables you can try?
