XR450 not giving full speeds on 2.4GHZ band

Just bought an XR450 from Costcon on sale and relized it is not giving my full speeds on the 2.4GHZ band. I should be getting 100 down but instead i'm getting 80 down on this new router. My old Asus ...

Wonder whats wrong with Qualcom chip sets and N mode?

I see that TrendNet adapter I have is Ra-Link:
