the model of the modem, i have no idea, cause it's not a modem, it's just a pass-through. I've done everything in my power to ensure that everything is flowing as it should. one of my devices is indeed getting open NAT, but i can't close the NAT of that device to get my Main PC to get open NAT again. not sure what to do...

That's not much help. What is "a pass-through"?
The Internet always comes from something. If it is a simple Ethernet "hole in the wall", that is connected to something further down the line.
That thing may well be a router of some sort. (It often is.) And that complicates the picture.
If you don't know what the box is, explain how you get the Internet. Maybe someone can guess as to what is going on.
