XR500 - Bridge Mode Gateway Bandwidth test fail.

Please help, the initial setup bandwidth test never detects the speed. I have it setup through bridge mode on a xfinity gateway XB3.

    Besure the modem is in full bridge mode. 

    Did you power OFF the modem first after setting bridge mode then back on before powering on the XR router? Try this.
