XR500 - devices not connected to internet (in Singapore)

Hi Jackson, sorry to hear you're having trouble but happy that Netgear support was so helpful.
What springs to mind is that your devices may have static IPs set on them individually left over from your last router, could you check a device to see if it's trying to connect automatically or via static IP?
Regardless of that outcome, it doesn't sound like you've changed much on the XR500 itself but check DHCP, is it enabled?
