XR500 - devices not connected to internet (in Singapore)

Thought I come to you for help after going through different sources (I am in Singapore) including the forum post here, Netgear technical support, Singtel and Kaira (Distributor). ...

Hi Jackson, sorry to hear you're having trouble but happy that Netgear support was so helpful.
What springs to mind is that your devices may have static IPs set on them individually left over from your last router, could you check a device to see if it's trying to connect automatically or via static IP?
Regardless of that outcome, it doesn't sound like you've changed much on the XR500 itself but check DHCP, is it enabled?

HI Netduma-Fraser,
Thank you for replying. I am not a network expert but from what I can see, they are not assigned static IP. There might be a couple with static, however not every one of my devices has that. I want to stress that the router is receiving a WAN IP and on the firmware is showing to have traffic going in and out between the router and the ISP / Internet. I would think with that DHCP is enabled; well it is least showing up as DHCP connection type with the WAN IP.
Case850 what do you mean known problem and it was supposedly resolved?
