XR500 - Issue with Wireless Printer
Hello,
I have an issue with my printer Brother DCP9020-CDW connected on WIFI to my XR500 (FW v2.3.2.108)
I can see it in the devices on my router administration, I can scan document from my printer and send it directly to my Google Drive (so, I know that the wireless link is OK), I can start a scan from the brother software on my computer (so, I know that my computer see the device), but I can't print !
Documents goes to the print queue, but after few second, an error occurs.
It's like the queue was not transfer to the printer.
I didn't encounter this issue with my Livebox before (I replace it with the XR500).
Is there an specific parameter to allow my computer to communicate with printer througth the router?
PS : I set a static IP for my printer

- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerThis is an odd one, as you said, there is obviously a wireless link there so why isn't it printing. Could you try disabling QoS fully? You could also try toggling SIP ALG/IGMP Proxying in WAN Settings please.
