XR500 - wake on wan not working.

Does the XR have a direct path to the internet? I.e. is the XR in the DMZ of your modem/router or are you using a pure modem?
My router has an internal wan IP address given by the fiber modem. I do not know if dmz active, for sure the operator informed me that all ports are open / redirected to my router.
- Do you yourself have the ability to access the ISP modem/router to check?
I don't have that option. I can ask isp how it is set up
- It would be good to double check how it's set so that you can be sure it's nothing on that side causing it.
