XR500 & AC1900 wifi channels

Review the AC1900s user manual for setup and installation information.
You would have to connect direct to the AC or enable remote management on it if possible. I would suggest choosing different channels also.
I connected to the AC1900 but the selections for channel are grayed out. I can't see a way to change them. Any ideas?
- How is the AC setup? Is it using a Smart Connect type feature?
I replaced both devices. A few weeks apart but yeah. Throwing more money at a problem. I am a dope.
