- This may be a port conflict then. Take the one PS4 out of the DMZ and just leave UPnP on. Reboot the consoles and router and then try again.
When does the disconnect occur? When you've tried to search for a game together or at the moment of connecting to each other for example. Are you using the Geo-Filter? If so make sure that strict mode is disabled.

Occurs when gaming together on the same team only. No disconnects when we are seperately grouped or solo in game.

Disconnect is intermittant. Sometimes when searching for a game while grouped, other times disconnection occurs mid game session - only when grouped.
Are you using the Geo-Filter? If so make sure that strict mode is disabled.
