What are the speeds you expect/pay for and have you set them in Bandwidth Settings? Are you using QoS?

Thanks for getting back, no problem at all.
Please access the XR500 interface by going to routerlogin.net in your web browser, then go to QoS and in the three-line menu in Congestion Control, please select 'Disable QoS'. Do you speeds improve now?
Could you also please let us know which firmware verison the XR500 is running?
