    I've checked with the team and every platform is on the same cloud version currently so what you have it outdated - if you resync on Heatmap does it then show an updated list?

      no it doesn't show an updated list. As you can see in the picture.

        Resync the cloud and then get the log from the System Information page please. It's likely the download is being blocked somehow. Is the XR in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router or do you have the ISP modem/router in bridge/modem mode if applicable?
