XR500 can't hard reset, no wifi or access
When I returned from vacation today my XR500 router was not working. I tried connecting to directly the modem and it works fine. I tried hard resetting the router pressing it for over 15 seconds ...
Are any lights on?
What color is the power led?
You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

If you unplug it from power for a couple of hours to let residual power drain, are you then able to get interface access again once you reconnect it to power?
If not, I'd suggest opening a ticket directly with NETGEAR at support.netgear.com.
