Xr500 configure channels

Been going through a trouble shooting situation with turtle Beach for my headset . Their current request to try is to configure the router to I guess avoid certain channels I'm guessing under the 5g b...

    There is a guide here on how to change a channel but it's basically click the dropdown list and select another: https://kb.netgear.com/23783/How-do-I-change-the-wireless-channel-on-my-NETGEAR-router

    There is only the one channel for 2.4GHz and then one for 5GHz. If you're using Smart Connect you'd need to disable this first so 2.4/5GHz can be separated and then you can change the channels. You can just try experimenting with the channels or there is a free WiFi Analyzer (literally called WiFi Analyzer) on the Microsoft Windows Store that you can download and use to check what channel might be best for you.
