XR500 Constant Ping Spikes

I have had this router for 5 days now and the last 2 days out of nowhere i started getting big ping spikes when playing games it will be ok for 30 secs or so then will go up to 400-500 ping for 3-4 secs and for some reason Discord Voice chat is lagging i tried changing the firmware and reseting it after the update but it still is spiking i tried googling and changing some stuff disabled Qos no change giving my pc all the bandwidth but i cant seem to fix it.
