XR500 DAILY INTERNET DROPS

Okay, being a known issue how come net gear didn’t say that, also is there likely to be a fix, I read that it has been an issue in past few updates
Yes it's one that NETGEAR are well aware of and we're also doing all we can to help them troubleshoot it where possible. We're planning to have it resolved for the next firmware update, but it's going to require some endurance testing from us before we know if it's actually fixed.

- You're on the latest version currently and there aren't any beta versions currently available that are more up to date than your version.
- Sorry for all questions, is this an issue with the XR1000 as well
