Hello I know it’s been 3 years, did they ever sort this issue with internet drops, I am thinking of using this router at my in-laws but was just wondering did they fix it, thanks
I don't know that there has been a specific firmware fix for it but I can tell you that I've definitely not heard of the issue happening as much on later firmware versions and if it does then the advice in this topic almost always resolves it.
I only saw this once with my XR500. When I used default DHCP IP address configuration. Once I changed to using .100 to .200, never saw it again.
