Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes and see if you can access, if not hold the reset for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes and try again please.

Netduma-Fraser plemans after holding reset for 30 sec and releasing it the solid red light goes off completely, I have to push on off button to get solid red light glowing again ,

Netduma-Fraser had a talk to customer service, they have done trouble shooting steps and they say your not in warranty and this device is dead and cannot be repaired.... i am ready to pay out of warranty charges but they are denying completely, device cannot be repaired
