XR500 devices connect to 2.4 ghz but get failed to get ip address when trying to connect to 5 ghz
HT160 is disabled
Smart Connect is disabled and i tried changing the password for the5g network but it still gets the same error.
I have searched a lot on here and tried a lot of things. any ideas?

Could you please try going to Settings -> Setup -> LAN Setup and reserve IP addresses for the devices that are struggling to connect. Then see if they can connect properly.
