XR500 double NAT on xbox one x

I do not have access to the ISP hub interface. I had to call them to get them to switch it to bridge mode. I called them again today and made them check that it was set up properly in bridge mode and they said that it was. I will check the WAN settings and see what I can find

I changed NAT filtering to open. Looks like that may have worked. Do I need to setup the VPN to protect my network?
- No it's not necessary to do that unless you want to. If you want to do so then it would require a subscription with a third party VPN provider.
