Just to clarify, the lan ports don't match up with physical numbering under Device Manager's table view. Looks correct under Statistics menu.

I believe that the incorrect port numbers was a known problem with early units. Newly manufacturered units don't have this problem.
As for why port 2 isn't working, it sounds like a hardware issue. I've never come across just one port suddenly not working.

I have been observing it a bit more. Moved the Roku back to port 2, and it hasn't dropped once all day yesterday, even had the xbox on that port for a few hours without issues :smileyfrustrated:. I'll keep a closer eye on it since I still have until June for warranty, but it hasn't been cosistently dropping day in and day out yet to confirm anything.
As for Device Manager misrepresenting port numbers, since it is an early unit issue, should I just live with it or open an RMA case?

Up to you... Since you've got one port that's not working, it might be worth RMA'ing.
