XR500 Droppping out like everyone else
so i have been looking on this forum for a while now and NOTHING has been done about this Piece of crap router XR500 that is spose to be a flag ship gaming router for netgear, mmm well i tell you i will never be buying a nother fail firmware failgear again this is the last straw ive been paitent and i have tried every thing on here but still no working for more than a few days..
its been 6months and still nothing
i read on here that dumdos is going to be the best next thing blablablabla i still havent seen a new firmware yet in 12months absolute pathetic
and yes i have tried all that i can find this version seems to be the best for a few days so far V2.3.2.40-C424a
the later New Version: V2.3.2.56 bahahaha dont even bother with this rubbish i dont see any fixes just adding useless features
how about fixing the dam thing first so it is stable and doesnt drop internet OR LAN OR WIRELESS devices before adding crap to it
the Junk called XR500 just stops comunicating with all its connected devices wireless or hard wired i cant even log in to the router when it does this crap i have to turn it off then back on again wait 5 mins then i can log in to it to see if i can change any settings to fix it
Come on netgear fix this $400 paperweight
and yes ive used alot of these routers and this is by far the worst i will not be buying anymore in my international company

- A lot of the issues you're having indicate that it's likely faulty and I would suggest seeking a replacement. The rest of the issues should not be an issue in the next firmware. A lot of reworking of existing features will make it more stable.
