XR500 drops internet
I am having an issue where the internet stops working..... I have 2 Xbox ones being used and they randomly disconnect and now the wifi doesn't work either. The wifi is connected but no internet. On...

I jut purchased this router yesterday and are experiencing the same issue, the WiFi works, but the devices that are connected through a wired ethernet connection stopped connnecting after a few hours. On the router, all the ethernet lights are flashing simultenously and have to reboot the router for the wired connections to work again. I have 2 Xbox ONEs connected, a PS4 and Phillips HUE light receiver. I am about to return this, all of the devices worked with my previous router(ASUS RT-3100). Please help.
Sent you a PM with firmware to see if that resolves the issue. Also turn off instant on mode for the consoles.

Thanks, I'll try the firmware. With my previous router, I didn't need to turn off Instant On on my Xbox, only one device has that setting enabled, do I have to keep that setting disabled?

I updated the firmware, I will leave instant on setting enabled. If the issue persists, I will return the router.
