XR500 drops internet

thanks for the link but its still the same, if i connect my ps4 to my super hub and do a speed test it says around 240 mbps everytime, when i put it in to modem mode and connect the xr500 its drops to around 50 mbps everytime. i cant figure out whats wrong,

- Hal401Oct 25, 2018AspirantOn the latest beta firmware, both 2.4 and 5.0 bands just went down and LAN ports disconnected. No always on gaming devices on the network. Trying a 30 30 30 reset. Even though I like this routers features, I may have to go back to my old router if this doesn't get more reliable soon.

That sounds like a reboot to me. Or your entire Internet went down. Were you able to check if you still had Internet to your modem when this happened?
