XR500 drops internet

Looks like the drops have come back. I'm on V2.3.2.32 and both wired and wifi dropped out completely. Is there a beta FW that I can try?

Hi everyone - sorry to hear you are experiencing dropouts. I wanted to just repost some known problems/fixes as this thread is quite long now so could be lost:
- NETGEAR have made a hotfix firmware that fixes one cause for dropouts - either ourselves or NETGEAR can private message you the firmware
- There is a known issue with Xbox One when Instant Mode is enabled. This effects a very small % of users, but can cause you to lose ethernet connection to your Xbox when you restart. NETGEAR are looking into a fix for this. The workaround is to disable Instant Mode on your Xbox
If you have installed the hotfix firmware and you have disabled Instant Mode on your Xbox One (or you do not own an Xbox One then please post here with as much information as possible about your dropouts. One thing to always check is whether it's the router that's the cause or if your entire Internet has gone down. Simplest way to do this is to connect to your Internet Provider's modem after a dropout and see if you can get Internet through it.

- JonQwestDec 03, 2018AspirantI appreciate it. I have a PS4 Pro and a Nintendo Switch as far as consoles. Not sure if either of those could cause issues. The PS4 I have on Rest Mode, but it's hard wired. I checked my modem and everything was fine as far as connecting directly. After a power cycle of both the modem and router, I regained internet connection. Per previous instructions, i disabled the auto-update on the router.

May I have a link to the hot fix firmware as well? I have spent way too much time reseting devices and sitting on support with the ISP and Netgear. Netgear had me turn off every feature I bought the router for in the first place only to have no difference with my connection issues.
