What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

- StevecookFeb 11, 2019ApprenticeWhen I have the router page open and looking at the geo filter when I'm playing bo4 I keep getting a message that I'm no longer connected to my router or check internet connection. I have to disconnect from my wireless internet and reconnect then it reconnects to the router. It does this every 15 minutes or so. I don't think I'm losing internet as it doesn't drop me out of the game or I don't get a connection error. It seems like I'm losing connection to the router. As soon as I disconnect and reconnect it communicates again. What would be causing this.
