XR500 drops internet

I just updated mybrouter to new est firmware yesterday and having issues. My settings for auto ping host keeps resetting. I have to recheck it but still doesnt auto ping host. Internet keeps dropping out as well now.
- It wont even give me my ping now. It gives all the other info like tick rate server etc but not what my ping is.
What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? I would try this first.
What browser are you using?

Do you see the ping number but just not the graph line for ping?
- I have upgraded and downgraded it many times I use Chrome I have had poor performance since the start...
