XR500 Ethernet ports just died

Loved the router since October 2018. Haven’t touched it physically or changed settings since then. All Ethernet ports died yesterday. Wifi still works. Restarting gets the Ethernet ports to work for 5-10 seconds then they die again.

    Couple things you could try.

    1. Reset it back to factory. maybe a setting is messing it up. Hold reset for 7-10 seconds.

    2. Re-install the firmware or downgrade the firmware. ocassionally helps. Follow the manual firmware installation guide and use a version older firmware. You can find it on the downloads page under "+view previous versions"

    3. Start an RMA. You should have 2 months left on your warranty. You could get that going so you could get it replaced and have time to stress test the replacment before the warranty expires.

Sorry to hear that, did anything happen yesterday that you can recall such as a power outage or anything like that? Factory reset would be the first port of call.
