Did you try nmrpflash?

Try a different power supply with same specs.
If nothing works then the router maybe a bust.

Yea i did try the nmrpflash (Cmd level), but i think it has a filesize limit of 29-30 mb, the xr500 update is 37mb so i get a server timeout error with that.
And thanks for the suggestion, any way to move this post to where it actually supposed to be or should i delete this one and post it there?
