Thank you, I did pingplotter and it looks like my ping is spiking all over the place when I'm connected to google's server. Even with anti-bloat on always. Going to order a new cable and possible play with the modem, that could be the issue. I'll keep playing with the percentage for anti-bloat and see what comes back. Thanks again for your help, I'll post the solution when I finally get it nailed down.
Could be Comcast ... I know a bunch of people having issues including myself ... the nodes are overloaded and they don’t do anything to help
